Delivery Policy
• Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within a maximum of four working days and delivery will be confirmed via email.
• A tracking number will be supplied or made available, as requested.
Exchanges and Returns Policy
• We offer returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please reach out to us directly at care@beverleyclaire.com and our team will assist you. Please include your reference order number and a reason for the return.
• To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be faulty with regards the mechanism in which the product is sprayed or pumped out. The primary packaging (holding actual liquid product) must be in the same condition that you received it, with the secondary packaging (outer carton) intact. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back.
• We will arrange to collect your return free of charge. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or return.
• If you are approved, then your exchange or return will be processed. In the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your bank.
